Around this time of year, everyone sets goals for themselves for 2025. There’s nothing wrong with it, but a lot of people think goals shouldn’t be reserved for Jan 1.

I tend to think that whatever gets people moving toward a positive direction of change is a good thing, so if it’s January first, let it be January first!
