Some of them are pretty nuanced.

These exercises can pretty much all be done inside or outside the gym.
Don’t have weights?
No problem.
Do load up a backpack with books or something heavy and use that as your weight. You can get creative with the repetitions and weights, or simply do them with just your body weight.
Not all of the exercises need to be done to see results.
My advice would be to pick 8-12 of them to master so that you become familiar enough with them to progress quickly, adding weight or reps over time.
